Direct Hire / Perm

Are you looking to expand your staff with a full-time employee? Our recruiters identify, interview, screen, and present the very best candidates for your consideration. We offer this service for a fee-based upon a percentage of the annual base salary. Our fee also includes a warranty period.

Contract / Contingent Labor

Do you need a flexible workforce? We recruit and employ the top technical and functional consultants in the industry. Our team has local and national networks depending on the common or rarity of skills.

Contract to hire

Many Organizations prefer to “try before you buy.” The contract to hire option allows the client and candidate to determine if the position is a good fit. At any point in this arrangement, our clients may convert the candidate to a perm employee. A pro-rate conversion schedule gives a clear understanding of the costs associated with this option.

Executive

Our company has the most in-depth capability to screen your V and C level needs. With our founding member Rob Duncan involved in our executive searches. Mr. Duncan is a former CIO with 25 years of experience. This unique capability makes ProTek the natural choice for your leadership searches. Furthermore, we are not a retained agency. We only get paid when we source the right person.

Recruiting Manager

Zachary Mattingly brings with him 14+ years of IT recruiting and over 6 years of team management. He manages our growing recruiting team and has brought procedural expertise to ProTek, but he is also a very hands-on technical recruiter. Zachary specializes in IT infrastructure and has a solid SAP background.

Drew Dimitt

Technical Recruiter

Drew Dimmitt has 5 years of staffing experience. Mr. Dimmitt is especially sensitive to the confidential nature of searching for a new job or contract and values the reputation he has amassed. Mr. Dimmitt handles all Technology but is especially adept in Information Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and Developers.

Janee Kasper is a Senior Business Development Manager with 11 plus years of experience in the staffing Information Technology industry. I strive to develop long term relationships with clients and candidates alike. In-depth experience finding and placing candidates such as CIO’s, Sr. Managers, Project Managers, ETRM Specialists, Business Analysts, Developers (Big Data, C#, Java), Workday, and Oracle EBS. Jarell Chavers

Jarell Chavers is a Sr. National Account Manager. He has been in the Staffing Industry since September of 2015, working in the ERP, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics & CRM space. He joined ProTek Partners in 2018 to cover the Dallas/Fort Worth territories in addition to national opportunities within his niche. Jarell is a graduate of Carthage College of Kenosha, WI, and earned his BA in Business & Communications.

Melissa Anderson

Melissa Anderson is a Senior Business Development Manager who has over 7 years of staffing and recruiting experience. After graduating from Texas A&M with a BA in Communications, she immediately went into the recruiting industry in her local city of Houston, TX. Within 2 successful years of recruiting, Ms. Anderson was promoted into the outside sales role doing business development.<br>While most of her career has been in Information Technology, she has also supported staffing within Finance, Accounting, and Professional Services. Melissa is well-known for developing long-term successful client partnerships.

Lauren Wempe

Sales

Lauren Wempe is a graduate of Sam Houston State with a BBA and has 5 years of IT Staffing experience. She specializes in banking and oil clients. Ms. Wempe mainly focuses on the Houston market but has several clients in the greater gulf coast region. She covers all technologies but has developed a strong network in the Architecture and Development space.

Rob Duncan

Management

Rob is the Co-founder and owner of ProTek Partners, an IT recruiting and consulting firm in the Houston area. Throughout his career, Rob has been recognized for his strong leadership and management skills. He is an accomplished executive with 25+ years’ experience in Operations, Sales, Human Resources, IT, and Accounting. In these roles, he managed teams ranging from 15-500 and was frequently selected to lead major change initiatives, business transformations, and execution of merger and acquisition strategies. Rob’s leadership experience is not limited to domestic operations. He frequently led international projects while engaging and managing diverse groups of people and departments.
